Shannon Hansen
Shannon (our owner) is currently only taking new clients who want hair extensions or need color corrections- please call the salon (360) 448-1573 to book with Shannon! She has been doing hair since 2011 and loves 90s alt rock music, thrifting and taking care of the salon girlies when she’s not spending time with her family.

Eliza Ashworth Jackson
Eliza specializes in lived-in color, hair extensions, and haircutting. She has been doing hair since 2019 and is especially passionate about making sure your hair and lifestyle align, so you get the most possible good hair days. When she’s not at work, Eliza is working on her latest craft obsession and hanging out with her husband and their fur baby.

Ash Rainey
Ash started in the beauty industry in 2023 after finding a passion for all things skin after years in the medical field. Whether it’s an express facial to just feel refreshed or a tint and waxing session that transforms your look- Ash loves making sure everyone is feeling their best leaving the salon! When Ash is not in the salon, you can find her hanging out with her husband at his ceramic studio, snuggled up on the couch with a book or out in nature with their dogs.

Tina Pogue
Tina has been a stylist for over 12 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in lived-in color, extensions, or the perfect low-maintenance cut. Think brunch worthy or concert ready hair that leaves you feeling confident-coffee in hand and ready to take on the day just like Tina when shes not at the salon.

Xanthia Bullis
Level 2 StylistXanthia enjoys grey blending, full blonding, as well as vivid fashion colors! She has been in the hair industry for 15 years. Xanthia loves making sure everyone who walks out of the salon is feeling their absolute best!Out of the salon, you can find Xanthia studying for her latest test, designing new features on a website or conquering all the board games-one game at a time!
Avery Wilson
Level 1 / 2 StylistAvery joined the beauty industry in March of 2024 and is passionate about all things blonding. Avery is a level 2 colorist and a level 1 in the process of getting to level 2 with cutting! Her clients love how meticulous she is; making sure every hair is perfect whether you like a low maintenance lived-in blonde or a dramatic bright blonde! Outside of work, Avery loves spending time outside in nature with her 2 dogs hiking, fishing, and anything else she can think of.
Amber Spelts
Level 1 StylistAmber specializes in haircutting and enjoys customizing her cuts to each client’s needs and personality. Amber started in the beauty industry in November 2024. When she isn’t behind the chair, you’ll find her exploring the best Asian food the northwest has to offer, and hunting for the best thrift finds. You’ll always know when she gets to the salon first because 80’s new wave is playing.
Jess Fisher
Level 1 StylistJess started her professional journey behind the chair in January 2024, turning a longtime passion for doing hair for friends and family into a career. She loves being “your whole family’s stylist” — providing everything from quick men’s and women’s cuts to gentle, sensory-aware services for neurodivergent clients of all ages. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her hiking with her dogs or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
